Return and Exchange
Policy
Return and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases
We request that you carefully select your online purchases:
- All sales are final on our bridal and evening dresses.
- No refunds or returns are accepted. We will allow an exchange for size as a one-time courtesy if stock is available.
- Merchandise must have the original price and vendor tags, and must be in new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
- Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.
- After 14 days, all sales are final.

Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Purchases
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchases.
- All sales are final after 30 days.
- Sales receipts must accompany all returns and exchanges.
- All manufacturers size, style, and label tags, as well as price ticket, must be attached to merchandise upon return or exchange.
- All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in original condition.
- Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Refunds will be issued in the method of original payment (except cash).
- All formalwear and bridal is final sale.

Layaway Policy
- Layaway is for a maximum of 30 days only.
- Bridal Layaway is for a maximum of 60 days.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all items except bridal, which requires a 50% minimum deposit. Deposit and payments will
be forfeited if item(s) are not picked up within the 30-day period.
- Exchanges or refunds are not allowed on layaway merchandise.
- Partial pickups are not allowed.
- Markdown will not be given on existing layaways.

Purchasing Group USA™ Products
Group USA products can be purchased at
one of our retail locations, or selected items from our web site to be shipped directly to you by ordering on-line, or by calling 1-877-867-7600 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. All sales are final. A signature is required on all Fedex deliveries. Find out more about shipping rates and times.
Shipping availability and processing time vary depending on the item ordered. Dates are quoted as an estimate due to processing time, items ordered, the quantity, and shipping method chosen. The availability and processing time plus shipping method chosen equal the estimated delivery date.
Group USA does ship internationally by phone order only. The shipping and tax rates are determined by the current cost. Customer service will be able to determine that cost during your phone call. We do not ship to post office boxes.
