    Group USA Credit Card

    Thank you for shopping at our stores and using our Group USA or Camille La Vie credit cards as a form of payment.

    The economic climate combined with the rapidly changing technological payment methods has materially affected the use of the Group USA and Camille La Vie credit card. Due to these changes, we have chosen to discontinue the Group USA and Camille La Vie credit card program.

    Therefore, after February 8, 2014, we will no longer accept the Group USA or Camille La Vie credit card as a form of payment nor will we process payments. After February 8, 2014, returns of merchandise, paid with the Group USA or Camille La Vie credit card, will no longer be credited to your Group USA or Camille La Vie credit card, but will be returned in the form of cash or store credit pursuant to our policy for returns.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    Return and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases
    We request that you carefully select your online purchases:

    • All sales are final on our bridal and evening dresses.
    • No refunds or returns are accepted.  We will allow an exchange within 14 days of delivery for size as a one-time courtesy if stock is available.
    • Merchandise must have the original price and vendor tags, and must be in new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
    • Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.

    Cancellation Policy: We understand that you may change your mind about the item selected. We will gladly cancel any order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. If your selection has been processed and shipped, the order will follow our Return and Exchange policy for online purchases stated above.

    Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Purchases

    • All formalwear and bridal is final sale.
    • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchases.
    • All sales are final after 30 days.
    • Sales receipts must accompany all returns and exchanges.
    • All manufacturers size, style, and label tags, as well as price ticket, must be attached to merchandise upon return or exchange.
    • All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in original condition.
    • Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.
    • Refunds will be issued in the method of original payment (except cash).

    What information does Group USA collect?
    Group USA wants to give you the most efficient Internet experience possible. To help us figure out what you like and don't like about our sites, we may ask for your opinion from time to time.     Layaway Policy

    • Layaway for Social Dresses and Sportswear merchandise is 30 days.
    • Layaway for Bridal merchandise is 60 days.
    • A non-refundable deposit is required. Deposit and payments will be forfeited if item(s) are not picked up within 30-day period.
    • Exchanges or refunds are not allowed on layaway merchandise.
    • Partial pick-ups are not allowed.
    • Layaways exclude markdown merchandise.
    • Markdowns will not be given on existing layaways.

    Purchasing Group USA™ Products

    Group USA products can be purchased at one of our retail locations, or selected items from our web site to be shipped directly to you by ordering on-line, or by calling 1-877-867-7600 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. All sales are final. A signature is required on all Fedex deliveries. Find out more about shipping rates and times.

    Shipping availability and processing time vary depending on the item ordered. Dates are quoted as an estimate due to processing time, items ordered, the quantity, and shipping method chosen. The availability and processing time plus shipping method chosen equal the estimated delivery date.

    Group USA does ship internationally by phone order only. The shipping and tax rates are determined by the current cost. Customer service will be able to determine that cost during your phone call. We do not ship to post office boxes.
